What is get up and grow ?

Set up in 2004 as a social economy project initially supported by South Tyrone Area Partnership through funding from the Special European Programme. The Garden centre and experiential learning environment operates as a social economy business which competes in the local market place. Our growers are committed to providing a quality product for resale in the local community. We are also offer a garden maintenance service and deliver training and education to students from Willowbank, Sperrinview Special School and primary and post primary schools subject to funding. Please get in touch with to Lisa or Larry if you wish to book this training which can be recreational or accredited depending on your requirements.

Get up and Grow is a social enterprise Garden Centre run for and by disabled people. This is a garden centre with a difference and our service users are committed to growing the plants. To ensure that there is a wide variety of bedding plants and shrubs available all year round our growers are supported by Get up and Grow staff Lisa , Larry and Martina. 

Advice on planting and design

If you have a garden and are unsure what to plant and how to maintain it our growers can assist you with a competitively priced planting scheme were we will supply the plants. Alternatively we can give you a price for 028-87-713053 the combined design and planting of your garden. for the customer who prefers a container garden we can offer a complete refilling service.
